6. Facebook and Instagram Data

NexusSuite AI integrates with Facebook and Instagram through Meta's official Graph API. When a business owner connects their Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account to NexusSuite AI:

• We access Page messages (DMs) and post comments solely to display them within the NexusSuite inbox on behalf of the authorized business owner
• We access Page posts and engagement data solely to enable the business owner to schedule and publish content from within NexusSuite AI
• We do not access personal Facebook profiles beyond what is necessary to display name and message
• We do not use Facebook or Instagram data to serve advertisements or share with third-party advertisers
• We do not sell, trade, or transfer Facebook or Instagram user data to any third party
• Data is processed only on behalf of the business owner who authorized the connection, in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms

To revoke access: Facebook Page Settings → Integrations → remove NexusSuite AI.

7. Google Calendar Integration

NexusSuite AI requests access to your Google Calendar solely to provide scheduling and appointment management functionality. We specifically use this data to:

• Display your existing schedule within our app interface so you can plan tasks around your availability
• Create, update, and delete calendar events when jobs are booked, rescheduled, or cancelled through NexusSuite AI
• Check availability to offer open time slots for job scheduling

Data Storage & Sharing:

We do not sell your Google Calendar data to third parties. We only store the minimum necessary data (such as event IDs and scheduled times) required to provide these scheduling features. You can disconnect this integration at any time through your account settings or Google's security permissions page.

AI & Machine Learning:

Data obtained through Google APIs, including Google Calendar, is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning model, including NSuiteIQ. Google user data is used exclusively to deliver the scheduling features described above and for no other purpose.

Limited Use Compliance:

NexusSuite AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from NexusSuite AI at any time.

To request deletion:

• Include your account email address
