1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing NexusSuite AI at app.myprimenexus.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
NexusSuite AI is a business communications and AI-assisted marketing platform operated by Prime Haul Logistics LLC, providing SMS messaging, email marketing, lead management, and AI-drafted communication tools.
3. Social Media Platform Integrations
NexusSuite AI integrates with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms via their official APIs. By connecting your social media accounts you authorize NexusSuite AI to access, display, and publish content on your behalf. You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service. You may disconnect any integration at any time through NexusSuite AI Settings or directly through the respective platform's settings.
4. SMS Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and opting in:
- You consent to receive texts for lead follow-up, appointment reminders, service notifications, and business communications
- Message frequency varies based on your activity
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time
- Reply HELP for assistance
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
5. Google Calendar Integration
Data Access and Use:
NexusSuite AI requests access to your Google Calendar data (specifically viewing and/or editing events) for the sole purpose of providing scheduling synchronization. This allows you to view your external appointments within our portal and avoid double-booking. We do not use this data for any purpose other than providing the core functionality of our scheduling tools.
Data Storage and Revocation:
NexusSuite AI only store the minimum necessary calendar metadata required to sync your schedule. You may revoke NexusSuite AI's access to your Google account at any time via the Google Security Settings page. Upon request or account termination, we will delete any cached Google user data from our systems within 30 days, unless required otherwise by law.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Send unsolicited or spam messages
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Misrepresent their identity or business
- Violate carrier regulations or applicable law
7. AI-Generated Content
All AI-generated content is subject to human review and approval before delivery. Users are responsible for reviewing all outbound communications before sending.
8. Limitation of Liability
Prime Haul Logistics LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
